Halven Intelligence roadmap
Halven is building toward a simple public mission: become the default transparency layer for Monad tokens. This roadmap is organized by phases rather than fixed dates so development can respond to venue data, user needs and Monad ecosystem changes.
Beta software: Halven provides analysis and disclosure tools, not financial advice, investment recommendations, safety guarantees or custody services.
Phase 1 · Live beta
Current platform spine
Universal Token Facts for Halven-launched and outside Monad ERC20 tokens
Immutable Token Launcher for fixed-supply Halven template tokens
Market Transparency Profile for Uniswap, PancakeSwap, Fuze Terminal, Nad.fun and manual external venues
Fuze Terminal live market reads through a decompiled-bytecode adapter
Wallet & Treasury Disclosure with creator-signed disclosure support
Distribution Intelligence with manual holder modeling fallback
Launch Readiness Scorecard and Public Transparency Report
HSHARE TWAP Earn interface with HAL/WMON and HAL/USDC ratio-guarded vaults
Phase 2 · Next focus
Better live venue coverage
Improve Fuze Terminal adapter testing across active and graduated markets
Confirm Nad.fun live contract addresses and enable live bonding / graduation reads where possible
Deepen PancakeSwap v2/v3 support and test against known Monad pools
Improve Uniswap, PancakeSwap and Fuze market comparison inside Token Facts
Add clearer market state labels: AMM pool, launch terminal, bonding market, graduated market and manual external venue
Phase 3 · Planned
More reliable holder and disclosure data
Integrate stronger holder-indexer providers
Add configurable holder data sources for Monad
Improve manual holder modeling and large-wallet classification
Better exclude known pools, market contracts, burn addresses and bonding contracts from ordinary whale-risk calculations
Add saved Token Facts profiles
Add offchain storage for creator-signed disclosure records
Phase 4 · Planned
Durable transparency records
Database-backed public Token Facts profiles
Wallet-signed disclosure history
Creator profile pages
Disclosure edit history
Evidence-link verification improvements
Optional onchain disclosure registry research
Phase 5 · Planned
Ecosystem utility
Use HAL as a gateway asset for HSHARE and future Halven ecosystem tokens
Expand HAL participation options beyond the first HSHARE TWAP vault launch
Research staking, burning or locking HAL for specific access or participation windows
Use HAL liquidity provision as a major qualification path where appropriate
Publish final mechanics before any future ecosystem-token launch
Phase 6 · Future
Professional workflows
Project dashboards
Monitoring and alerts
Saved reports and share cards
Partner integrations
Advanced distribution scans
Launch monitoring tools
Public transparency badges
Separate onchain facts, source verification, submitted disclosures, creator-signed disclosures, decompiled-bytecode interpretations and modeled risk estimates.
Keep basic token facts and public transparency easy to reach.
Use HAL carefully as an ecosystem access and participation layer without implying guaranteed benefits before rules are published.
Expand venue coverage only where data can be read, labeled and explained without overstating confidence.
HSHARE is the first live HAL participation layer. Public HSHARE earning currently centers on HAL/WMON and HAL/USDC TWAP ratio-guarded vaults, with official HSHARE/USDC and HSHARE/WMON PancakeSwap v3 pools published for basic market visibility. Future ecosystem tokens are expected to use HAL as a gateway asset. Potential mechanics may include staking HAL, burning HAL and especially providing HAL liquidity.
Final access, earning, allocation or participation rules will be published before any future ecosystem-token launch. No benefit should be assumed until official contracts and rules are live.
