# Halven Intelligence Roadmap

Halven Intelligence is building toward a simple public mission: become the default transparency layer for Monad tokens.

The platform began as a launch and liquidity research suite and has evolved into a broader Monad-native intelligence system around Token Facts, market transparency, wallet disclosures, distribution modeling, readiness and public reports.

This roadmap is organized by phases rather than fixed dates. Priorities may change as Monad venues, token launch behavior, data providers and user needs evolve.

## Phase 1 - Launch Intelligence Foundation

**Status: Live beta**

The current beta establishes the core platform spine.

Live capabilities include:

- Universal Token Facts for Halven-launched and outside Monad ERC20 tokens
- Immutable Token Launcher for fixed-supply Halven template tokens
- Market Transparency Profile for Uniswap, PancakeSwap, Fuze Terminal, Nad.fun and manual external venues
- Fuze Terminal live market reads through a decompiled-bytecode adapter
- Liquidity Stress Test
- Launch Liquidity Planner
- Wallet & Treasury Disclosure with creator-signed disclosure support
- Distribution Intelligence with manual holder modeling fallback
- Holder Exit-Risk Analyzer
- Incentive Sustainability Calculator
- Launch Readiness Scorecard
- Public Transparency Report
- HSHARE TWAP Earn with HAL/WMON and HAL/USDC ratio-guarded vaults

The goal of this phase is to make early token research clearer before users are asked to trust a launch.

---

## Phase 2 - Market Adapter Expansion

**Focus: Better live venue coverage**

Monad token activity is not isolated to one DEX or launch terminal. Halven will continue expanding venue coverage so users can understand where tokens actually trade and how market data should be interpreted.

Planned work:

- Improve Fuze Terminal adapter testing across more active and graduated markets
- Confirm Nad.fun live contract addresses and enable live bonding / graduation reads where possible
- Deepen PancakeSwap v2/v3 support and test against known Monad pools
- Improve Uniswap, PancakeSwap and Fuze market comparison inside Token Facts
- Add clearer market state labels: AMM pool, launch terminal, bonding market, graduated market, manual external venue

---

## Phase 3 - Data Infrastructure

**Focus: More reliable holder and disclosure data**

Distribution Intelligence depends on reliable holder rankings and meaningful wallet context. Where live holder indexers are unavailable, Halven now supports manual holder modeling. Future development should make this more durable.

Planned work:

- Integrate stronger holder-indexer providers
- Add configurable holder data sources for Monad
- Improve manual holder modeling and large-wallet classification
- Better exclude known pools, market contracts, burn addresses and bonding contracts from ordinary whale-risk calculations
- Add saved Token Facts profiles
- Add offchain storage for creator-signed disclosure records

---

## Phase 4 - Disclosure Registry

**Focus: Durable transparency records**

Current public disclosures can be shared through Token Facts links and creator-signed messages. Over time, Halven should move toward more persistent records.

Planned work:

- Database-backed public Token Facts profiles
- Wallet-signed disclosure history
- Creator profile pages
- Disclosure edit history
- Evidence-link verification improvements
- Optional onchain disclosure registry research

The goal is to make public token disclosures more durable without pretending they are legal guarantees or safety endorsements.

---

## Phase 5 - HAL Access Layer

**Focus: Ecosystem utility**

HAL is the community and planned access-token concept connected to Halven Intelligence. HSHARE is the first live HAL participation experiment. The current public HSHARE earn flow uses HAL/WMON and HAL/USDC TWAP ratio-guarded vaults with a current 50% / 50% allocation. Rewards are based on vault shares and farm weighting; claim previews show gross rewards, net rewards, current penalty and next claim time where available. Future ecosystem tokens are expected to use HAL as a gateway asset.

Potential access mechanics may include:

- Committing HAL with paired assets in TWAP ratio-guarded vaults
- Staking HAL to qualify for future ecosystem-token earning opportunities
- Burning HAL for specific access or participation windows
- Providing HAL liquidity as a major qualification path
- Using HAL as an access layer for advanced ecosystem features

Final mechanics will be published before any future ecosystem-token launch. Until official contracts and rules are live, no access, earning, allocation or benefit should be assumed.

---

## Phase 6 - Partner and Project Dashboards

**Focus: Professional workflows**

Once the core intelligence and disclosure layers are stable, Halven can support deeper workflows for creators, communities and partners.

Potential development:

- Project dashboards
- Monitoring and alerts
- Saved reports
- PDF or share-card exports
- Partner integrations
- Advanced distribution scans
- Launch monitoring tools
- Public transparency badges

---

## What should remain true across all phases

Halven should continue to separate:

- onchain facts
- source verification status
- submitted disclosures
- creator-signed disclosures
- decompiled-bytecode interpretations
- modeled risk estimates

Halven provides analysis and disclosure tools, not financial advice, investment recommendations, custody services, safety guarantees or token endorsements.
